Diese Anlage hat die L+K Anlagentechnik entwickelt und wurde durch Hatec montiert. Die Anlage ist ein Versorgungssystem für Schmieröl und wird in großen Maschinen eingesetzt. Diese Einheit wird in einer Ölraffinerie in Indien eingesetzt. Alle Systemkomponenten sind nach API 614, ASME, Kundenanforderungen sowie ATEX- Vorschriften konzipiert, gefertigt und geprüft.
This unit has been engineered and designed by L + K Anlagentechnik and assembled by Hatec. The item is a supply system for lubrication oil used in large machinery. This unit will be used in an oil refinery in India. All system components are designed, manufactured and tested according to API 614, ASME, customer requirements as well as ATEX regulations.
L + K Anlagentechnik und Hatec haben zwei Thermalöl – Vorwärmer für einen Schiffsdiesel gefertigt. Die Vorwärmer werden verwendet, um die Motoren vor dem Start zu wärmen. Dies wird getan, damit der Motor besser starten kann und der Verschleiß reduziert wird. Diese Heizungen werden in LNG (Flüssigerdgas) angetriebenen Fähren verwendet. Die Geräte wurden von der Schiffszertifizierungsstelle DNV genehmigt.
L + K Anlagentechnik and Hatec has finished two thermal oil heaters to be used in a marine engine application. The preheaters are used to warm the engines before start. This is done to make the engine start better and reduce the wear. These heaters will be used in LNG powered ferries. The units have been approved by the ship certifying body DNV.
Hatec has manufactured three oil cooling units to be used in a nuclear power plant in a oil supply system. All the parts used are „Made in Germany“. The tubes are made of brass and the shells are made of carbon steel.
Hatec hat drei Ölkühler, welche in einem Kernkraftwerk für ein Ölversorgungssystem verwendet werden, hergestellt. Alle verwendeten Teile sind “Made in Germany“. Die Rohre sind aus Messing und die Behälter sind aus stahl gefertigt.
Bei der Veranstaltung “lange Nacht der Industrie” erhalten interessierte Bürgerinnen und Bürger aus der Region die Chance Industrie zu erleben und kennenzulernen. Im Rahmen des Events hat die Hatec Group Rundgänge durch die Produktion angeboten, spannende Einblicke in die Fertigung gegeben und die Möglichkeit gegeben Industrie hautnah zu erleben!

The event allows interested people the possibility to get to know the production companies in their community. “Lange Nacht der Industrie” has the purpose to promote the image of modern production in Germany as well as the importance for the community. Hatec Group took part of this event and gave the visitors a tour in our production and an opportunity to experience industry live!
